Capital Improvement Project Manager
The incumbent provides senior-level professional and technical work responsible for complex engineering and various types of project development, budgeting, designs, construction, and management of County-contracted consultants, including contracted service providers. This position requires the application of advanced engineering and regulatory principles associated with Federal, State, and Local regulation and codes. The incumbent reviews and critiques designs, construction-related projects, and duties associated with managing multiple projects on behalf of the Division and under the general supervision of higher-level engineering and management personnel. This position is designated “essential” as defined in the Department’s Essential Personnel Procedure DoE 110.4.
