The Imperial Irrigation District a public utility located in southeastern CA is seeking an Officer, Customer Services to manage, plan and organize the customer service and meter reading activities involving water and power billing services, customer assistance program, call center, credit and collections, cash, field services, rates and technology applications; establish goals, objectives, measurements, and strategies, internal controls, and business processes; oversee metering of residential and business customers; provide expert advice to department management on utility customer support and metering issues. Performs other duties as assigned.
