Essential functions are as follows: 38% Perform energy consumption modeling using E-Quest to improve energy efficiency of buildings. 15% Perform water conservation modeling using project survey data. 5% Sign off on energy consumption modeling and water consumption modeling as a licensed Mechanical PE (Professional Engineer). 5% Maintain utility allowance modeling quality standards utilizing understanding of state, federal, and local government requirements and utility rate structures for both water and energy. 2% Maintain service level agreements utilizing understanding of state generated Qualified A
