Pillar5 Pharma Inc., an industry leading Canadian CDMO specializing in off-the-shelf sterile pharmaceuticals for the North American market, has an opening for a Team Lead in APA, at our Arnprior, ON location. Reporting to the Head of APA Operators, you will be responsible for production schedule performance and ensuring people, material, and documentation is ready when needed to meet shift production goals. This position has the operational responsibility for meeting targets on each shift. Responsibilities: Own the daily and weekly targets for an aseptic filling team. This includes scheduling jobs and meeting the production schedule. Ensure staff are fully trained and adhere to all SOPs, aseptic behaviours, and safety requirements.
