Job Purpose: Responsible for package and process development and improvement, equipment, and material sourcing/qualification.  Essential Functions: Manage package development requests from conception to commercialization. Follow a product development process using an engineering methodology. Acts as the Project Manager (“voice to the customer”). Publishes timelines using MS Project or equivalent discipline. Tracks project spending to ensure costs do not exceed the CAR, or funding budget. Holds kick-off, design review, project update meetings.
