Engineer IV Bureau of Environmental Resource Regulation Job Summary: This is advanced, independent engineering work reviewing more complex permit applications, issuing SSL authorizations, and conducting compliance activities; or performing engineering analysis of projects. This incumbent in this position may also testify as an expert witness.
