As one of the nation’s most progressive design firms, Little is seeking an Energy Modeler to support our capabilities in high-performance building design.  This person could be located in any of our office locations:  Charlotte, NC; Charleston, SC; Durham, NC; DC (Tysons Corner); Newport Beach, CA or Orlando, FL.  This role develops and runs energy models and performance studies that inform design decisions across the project lifecycle. The Energy Modeler partners with architects, engineers, and project teams to evaluate envelope and HVAC strategies, identify opportunities for decarbonization and electrification, and communicate results in a clear, actionable way.
