Lead and manage projects for PennDOT, local governments and agencies predominantly in the Pennsylvania market and provide technical support to other bridge inspection projects in the Mid-Atlantic Region. ?  Maintain relationships with PennDOT Central Office and PennDOT Districts throughout the Commonwealth.  Manage client relationships with Public and Private Clients and consultant teaming partners. Provide guidance and mentoring to engineers and technical staff and managing/coordinating NBIS bridge condition inspection projects for PennDOT and other clients.
