Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY, seeks a full-time a Pediatric Genetics Physician for clinical practice. The ideal candidate will have specialized advanced training to diagnose, counsel, and treat families with many different kinds of problems including the following but not limited to: Birth defects, inborn errors of metabolism, and familial or hereditary problems. The individual will participate in existing clinical programs in dysmorphology, metabolic disorders and PKU, neurofibromatosis, skeletal dysplasia, and/or the diagnostic laboratory, and is expected to contribute to the education and training of medical students, residents, and fellows. The position includes an academic appointment. Salary and academic rank are commensurate with experience.
Training/License:
In addition to board certification or eligibility, the candidate must be able to obtain a New York State medical license.
