Position  As a member of senior management, the Director of Load and Energy Resource Optimization will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies related to power supply, flexible load and other distributed energy resource programs and projects.  You will be responsible for rate innovation, beneficial electrification strategies, local storage and renewable projects and energy procurement strategies to support the CPCNH's mission and strategy.  You will work closely with our CEO and a new team consisting of a Director of Administration, a Director of Regulatory and Legislative Affairs and a Director of Member Services.  Our organization is governed by a 20-member vol
