Under the Direction of the Town Manager, the Town Engineer is responsible for managing the design, construction, and inspection of the Town’s large-scale capital projects, as well as plan review and inspection of infrastructure-related elements associated with site developments.  Additionally, this position oversees the Public Works Director and Public Works Department and the Capital Projects Senior Manager. The Town Engineer is an exempt position that performs highly skilled and professional level engineering work.  This position applies the principles and practices of the following: civil engineering, land surveying, construction, and traffic and transportation engineering including standards, policies and technical issues.   This position oversees capital projects, devel
