Identifying & managing expense reduction projects, serve as network planning POC & escalation, monitoring network utilization, monitoring vendor contract T&C, supporting the bid design & estimate process, sourcing vendor fiber quotes, performing ROI analysis, compiling estimates, creating capital projects for network overbuilds & compiling & analyzing data & creating presentations & reports. Compile estimates, develop budgets & create capital projects in support of infrastructure replacement & overbuilt projects. Monitor fiber consumption across the region & meet with local construction project management, field operations & fiber engineering teams to identify where fiber overbuilds ar
