Responsibilities: - Ensure that the Quality System of all services, materials, products, parts and componentsproduced meets or exceed customer and company expectations - Ensure all new Processes and changes to existing processes are capable to meet customer andcompany expectations - Manage the quality systems including receiving, in-process and final inspection according toestablished standards - Work with customers / engineering on quality concerns. Investigate substandard results and fillout or initiate corrective actions when necessary - Review inspection reports and SPC reports from production operators and quality technicians - Compile monthly reports on performance indicators and forward to plant manager for review
