Formulate event organization policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of resources. Identify and maximize revenue drivers while optimizing the overall guest and artist experience. Coordinate and facilitate event scheduling and set-up. Perform and execute successful settlement of events. Manage venue vendors and subcontractors and fulfill tour security requirements.
