The Wallace Lab at the University of Georgia is a collaborative environment focused on using advanced computational biology tools to understand the complex interplay between plant genetic diversity and plant traits. We are especially (but not exclusively) interested in how plants interact with microbes in the environment, and how these relationships can be leveraged to improve agriculture.
