This position’s primary responsibility is to lead and develop the internal Lean Resource Office team responsible to provide expert consultation, technical advice, and coaching to all levels of leaders and diverse teams across the enterprise in the development, facilitation and implementation of the MC21 Management System using Lean methods, mindset and management system. The incumbent will stay current on internal and external Lean principles, technical best practices, and direct if/how these can be incorporated within the MemorialCare Lean curriculum, toolkit, organizational development plans and deployed at MemorialCare. In collaboration with system SVP, the incumbent works with entity and system executives, and the Lean Resource team, to evolve Lean management transformation through MemorialCare Lean Leadership development, overseeing and facilitating Lean improvement and management system initiatives, system-wide. Directly responsible for development and deployment of Lean shared services personnel and functions.

Superior portfolio of teaching, coaching, developing and mentoring individuals and teams.

High level of proficiency with statistical, presentation, and database computer applications.
Demonstrated superior verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization while exhibiting strong interpersonal relationships.
Minimum of 5 years advanced Lean practitioner experience, with certifications in Lean and/or Six-Sigma required.
A minimum of 10 years extensive experience and progressive track record operational leadership in healthcare integrated delivery network operational division(s).
