The University of Guam invites applications for an anticipated tenure-track position in civil engineering with a specialty in hydrology/hydraulics or related disciplines. The position is available beginning August 2019 and will be filled at either the assistant or associate level, based on the successful candidate’s academic credentials. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering, evidence of scholarly achievement, and a US professional engineering registration or capability of obtaining the Guam registration within a reasonable period. The successful candidate will be expected to develop curriculum in related areas, teach undergraduate courses in civil engineering and other related subjects, advise students, and develop an externally funded research program.
