Serve as a liaison with water resource clients, government and regulatory authorities and contractors.
Develop and enhance client relationships and business growth within the agriculture and water resource market.
Oversee the design and construction of water resource and horizontal projects.
Assist with drawings, documents, details, schedules or specifications using programs such as AutoCAD, Civil3D and Arc View GIS.
Provide expertise on construction sites as an inspector as needed.
Subscribe to our goals and objectives, including geographic and project-type diversity.
Become a complementary member of our team as a whole, and on a project-by-project basis.
Assist with contract administration of agricultural drainage projects.
Meet with users to define data needs, project requirements, and outputs or to develop applications.
Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Professional Engineer license.
Strong communication, report writing, organization, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of the design standards.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-directed and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with the local government process.
