Qualifications include a bachelors or masters' degree in Civil Engineering, Management, Business Administration or Public Administration. Must have a valid Kentucky Driver's License. At least four years in a supervisory capacity overseeing multiple departments and utility systems. A Professional Civil Engineer license (Kentucky) is preferred.
