B.S. in Civil Engineering
Professional registration in civil engineering
10 to 20 years of municipal engineering experience including, engineering design, project management, client management, and marketing responsibilities including industry networking, proposal preparation, interview preparation, and building client relationships.
Strong working technical knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD Civil 3D
Advanced analytical and communication skills
Experience with supervising Design Engineer/CAD staff
Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic environment
Extremely self-motivated, self-directed, with keen attention to detail
Desire to learn and progress with a growing company
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized and able to manage multiple projects with hard deadlines.
